Information collected
The website may collect business contact details you submit, such as name, work email, company, role, website, approximate catalog size, inquiry context, page source, and preferred meeting times. For abuse prevention, Cailar stores a keyed hash derived from the requesting network address rather than a new raw address. The website does not provide a public confidential catalog upload.
How information is used
Submitted information is used to respond to inquiries, qualify catalog audits, manage founding-partner conversations, provide requested resources, coordinate meetings, protect the service, and improve business operations.
Service providers
Cailar uses hosting, security, analytics, and email providers for the public website. Customer-specific subprocessors and product-data flows are reviewed before any confidential catalog transfer.
Retention and deletion
Non-customer website inquiries and associated meeting requests are retained for up to 24 months, then deleted unless an active customer relationship or another documented business or legal need requires continued retention.
Analytics choices
Google Analytics loads only after you choose Allow analytics. Cailar sends page paths and approved interaction labels, not form values, product information, names, email addresses, company names, or free-form messages. You can change this choice through Cookie settings in the footer.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, or deletion of business contact information by emailing [email protected] or using the contact form.
Customer catalogs
Confidential catalog files are handled under separate customer terms, security review, approved transfer, and retention instructions—not through this public website.
